How to Connect the Battery to the App

Download the App: Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the XP-POWER app.

Account Setup: Register a new account and configure your language settings.

Scan Barcode: Scan the barcode located on the battery.

Link Battery ID: Scan or manually enter the Battery ID.

Important for Returns: If you need to return the product, please unbind the ID before initiating the return process.

How to choose the battery Specifications that best suits you?
1.The voltage of the battery keep the same as the voltage of the motor.
2.The maximum power and maximum current (BMS) of the battery must be greater than or equal to the power and current of the motor and controller.
3.Please confirm that the dimensions of the battery are compatible with your frame before purchasing.
